Just contact us within: 1 day of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 5 days of delivery.
Once we will receive the product and if the defect is there a new product will be made and dispatched again. We only return items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us on support@femigod.com. If the item is not returned in its original condition or in a specified time period, the exchange will not be initiated. As shipping charges are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying for shipping charges for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
